Jimmie was here fast and diagnosed our A/C quickly with expertise. I have a brother with Parkinson's disease and a 10-year-old Labrador that were extremely overheated by the time I got off work in 114° heat. He had our house cooling so quickly that everyone loved him for his quick service! If you are a Christian and have an A/C go out in this extremely hot weather... he is the one you want. Arcadia Air was great to work with. Our tech Robert knew his stuff. Waking up to an 85-degree home in the middle of July was no fun, but they were out within an hour of our call for help. Our unit was fixed within another hour of Robert being here. Robert was very professional and spoke in terms I could understand. He was friendly and able to answer all the questions I had. Wanting to have maintenance conducted on my AC units prior to summer, I called Arcadia Air (which came highly recommended). I was told they could have someone there that day to conduct the inspection. The technician, Justin, arrived on time, conducted the checks, and found a couple of things that required attention. The cost to conduct repairs and required maintenance, I felt, was reasonable. Justin arrived the next day and completed all repairs and maintenance. I find that all I have dealt with at Arcadia Air to be very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have found a new AC company to take care of my AC needs in the future.

I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Our older AC unit went out and Jimmy was able to come over to take a look in under a couple of hours. He did an emergency repair to get cold air flowing, but also let us know all our options for long-term solutions. We ended up buying a new unit from them and I felt very confident in using them. The new unit was ready in just 2 days, and Jimmy guaranteed we would have cold air the whole wait time even if it meant another emergency repair (which thankfully we didn't need!) Jimmy also ended up being one of the installers and both he and the other installer truly went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was installed well, quickly, and functional! We'll definitely continue to use this company!

Had an incredible experience using Arcadia Air. Our A/C went out in the summertime; my wife was freaking out. We contacted Arcadia Air on a Saturday, and they came out within 2 hours! We worked with Giovanni, and he was very informative, helpful, and even responsive via text when we had additional questions. In the end, we bought a new unit from them, and they installed it two days later!

My AC went out on Tuesday evening, and Arcadia Air had Robert Patrick out by 8 Wednesday morning. He was professional, communicative, nice, and all around extremely friendly. He got us running Wednesday night, but had to come back today to finish. It was the same experience. He was even early, which was amazing. He got our system fixed and left us with peace of mind. I will continue to use Arcadia Air and Robert Patrick for all our AC needs!

Arcadia Air came to my house for an A/C tune-up and quickly identified a couple of issues. They found that the contactor was bad and the unit was leaking Freon. They replaced the faulty contactor and recharged the unit, which fixed the problem completely. Jimmy, the technician, was kind, courteous, and very professional. The best AC company! We have been with Arcadia Air for over a year. We will continue our relationship because they stand behind their word! I have the annual membership. Josh came out yesterday to do a thorough check on both of our units. All was great; there was no upselling. We renewed our membership. Our AC units are in great shape; they’re working so much better just by Josh coming out to make small but useful adjustments to prepare for summer! Having the membership with Arcadia Air is worth it.
