Arcadia Air came to the rescue! Sep 1, 2023

When our AC broke down on a Sunday evening in the midst of 110+ degrees, Arcadia Air came to the rescue! Within an hour we had Manny, one of the technicians at our house trying to fix things. Unfortunately, the old unit was busted and we needed a new one. The very next day, they showed up and installed a new one! All of their techs are great and very knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. Highly recommended them for any HVAC work. Thank you Arcadia Air for the great work!

Jimmy and his team at Arcadia Air are amazing! Our AC went out on a Sunday, and with a heat wave coming that week, I was concerned about my family and our pets in a hot house. I called Jimmy, and he was able to get someone out right away and had our AC replaced and blowing colder than ever within a few hours. I contacted Arcadia Air for a quote on a whole new AC unit. Back story: the home we moved into was a rebuild. It had burned down and was built from the ground up. When we purchased the home, we were made aware of this. We thought we were walking into a "brand new home" as we were told everything was new. Three years into our family living in the home, our AC suddenly stopped working on one of the hottest days. I called another big-named company who came out and replaced a blown fuse for $375. Finally, the AC was working again. We dodged a bullet, so we thought. Two weeks later, the AC stops working again, this time the condenser and a few blown wires. Called the same big-name company, and they did the repair again. Cool, finally got it working. 48 hours later, the same dang problem. Called the company back and argued it was the same issue they just fixed. With hesitation, they came out and fixed the issue, but this tech informed us the unit was 9 YEARS OLD AND REFURBISHED. I couldn't believe it as the house is only four years old. Fast forward to last week, May 15th. We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel, and my husband needed to go into the attic. He quickly yelled for me to show me the AC air handler. I couldn't believe that I saw the pan was missing, the unit was leaking and badly rusted. I submitted a request for quotes, and Arcadia Air got back to me in a matter of minutes. They said they could come out as soon as tomorrow (Monday) morning. The tech came out, evaluated my AC unit, and gave it to me straight. It was worse than we thought. The air handler was installed wrong, missing catch pans, leaking, wired wrong, mold starting to grow, and it was only a matter of time before it would fall through the ceiling. The price for the new unit was very reasonable along with the EXCEPTIONAL warranty on parts, labor, etc., compared to the others. Day of installation, I met the owner, Jimmy, the techs showed up on time, hauled away the old unit, didn't make a mess, and let me know when they were almost finished. My house is now cooling perfectly. I paid for the AC unit outright, but they offer financing options if needed. I highly recommend Arcadia Air. Jimmy and his team went above and beyond for us.

Was referred by my MIL who recently had her AC replaced by Arcadia Air recently. We also had a great experience with Jimmy and his team this past week. Received a quote weeks prior after an initial visit and finally had them come out to replace our 15-year-old unit. The team was on time, quick, and professional. The crew were all good guys, knowledgeable, and worked hard to complete the job ASAP. New unit is humming along nicely! 10/10, would recommend.
